Booking a Telephone Appointment

We offer routine telephone appointments with all our Doctors. To request a telephone appointment ask one of the reception staff when you call. This may be more convenient for you, and the Doctor can often deal with problems quickly and easily in this way. If the Doctor still needs to see you in person a face to face appointment will be arranged.

Booking a face to face Appointment

We offer face to face appointments with the Doctor or Nurse of your choice. These appointments for non urgent problems can be booked in advance. You can also book your appointments online

We also have urgent appointments available each day for problems that cannot wait.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you need to cancel an appointment either call us on 01270 811440 or cancel on the online service that you have. Please try to cancel appointments with plenty of notice so that we are able to rebook them. You can also cancel your appointment through Patient Access if you have signed up to online services.

Home Visits

Home visits are done for medical reasons only. Requests for home visits should be made before 10 am if at all possible, and all requests will be dealt with by our Duty Doctor that day, who will call you to discuss your request and decide on the most appropriate course of action.

Please note the reception team are not able to book home visits, it is the Doctor who will do this.

We also offer GP HUB Appointments
